Kokedama Workshop

$70.00 $65.00

Kokedama is an ancient Japanese way of planting using ornamental plants with their roots in soil & peat covered with moss to form a ball.
Then the moss ball is wrapped around with aluminium wire, nylon wire or twine fixes the whole bundle.

Obtaining the correct type and combination of soil and amendments to yield a suitable growing mix can be a little tricky for beginners, but with some practice and experience, one gets better.

Kokedama can be placed in a vessel or to suspend it in the air.
